Refund & Dispute Policy 

At Dr J Check Engine Light LLC, we value honesty and fairness. Our goal is always to provide accurate diagnostics and dependable service.

1. No-Find, No-Pay Guarantee

If we are unable to identify or confirm the issue with your vehicle, you will not be charged for the diagnostic service.

We stand behind our work — if there’s no problem found, there’s no bill.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you believe a service was performed incorrectly or not as agreed, you may request a refund or dispute a charge within 15 calendar days of your service date.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by:

    •    Email to [Insert business email], or

    •    Mail to [Insert business address]

After 15 days, refunds or disputes may no longer be eligible.

3. California Refund Law Notice

Under California Civil Code §1723, businesses offering services or goods must clearly post their refund policy.

Our policy is:

“No charge if the problem cannot be found. 15 days to dispute or request a refund.”
 

This policy is conspicuously posted online and applies to all customers.

4. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all customer issues directly and professionally.
